IRM DRYING is a family of advanced Infrared Equipments result of long experiences in drying paint on vehicles made in collaboration with car industries on production lines and paint producers. After long sperimentations and comparisons IR medium-wave demonstrated to be the best energy source to reach a proper and quick drying as their wavelenght is the most close to the absorbtion power of the painting materials: because of this the paint layer is dryed at the same time in all its thickness and only a small quantity of energy is dispersed going through the paint layer and heating the metal sheet underneath.

Result: IR medium wave are the cheapest and safest way to dry paint.

This high drying technology has been applied to a very versatile stand that can easily reach all the external surfaces of the vehicles and some of the internal ones giving to the operator an equipment that perfectly dries without risks of boiling or pitting and is also very easy to use.

The reasonable energy absorbtion allows IRM DRYING equipments to be installed also in medium or small body shops.

IRM DRYING equipments are available in different versions: Handy type or with 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 modules on movable stand or on rails to be placed on preparation area or inside spraybooth.

IRM DRYING appliances are certified with a Declaration of Conformity issued by the Agency for High Technology CESV1T SPA, CETACE Laboratory.

GENERAL INDICATIONS ON EQUIPMENTS' USE
For a good drying with IR is suggestable to use products with normal type of thinners and catalysts (no ultra fast ones).No particular indica- tions are necessary to dry water based products for wich medium wave infra red radations are ideal.
Suggested distances:
Handy equipment: ca. 30 cm (for the high energy concentration in this model is suggestable to move the equipment during drying process)
Stand with 1 or 2 panels: ca. 40 cm
Stand with 3, 4 or 6 panels: 50 - 60 cm
